General Terms and Conditions and Client Information for Hair Extensions At Glamour Beauty

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as it governs the relationship between us and you and limits our liability to you when you purchase products and services from us. By accepting these terms and conditions you are forming a contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. If you have a query complaint or concern about the service or application you have received from Glamour Beauty you will be given the opportunity to advise us of this on the application date allowing us to rectify this for you before you leave our salon. If after this time you feel you would like more services or hair added than the previously agreed price, we would be happy to do this for you advising you of any costs this will incur to yourself regarding a deposit, cost of hair and amount and any preparation needed and the application labour. We will notify you of the cost to yourself in advance dependant on the hair & system requested, this hair will be charged based on weight and also to include the technician’s hourly rate.

Extensions require careful maintenance and care, you will be given a care sheet at your application appointment. It is the responsibility of the client to maintain up-keep of their hair as Glamour Beauty is not responsible once you have had your extensions installed. Extensions are always applied and worn at your own risk. By following correct care of your extensions you can then enjoy the full duration of its recommended lifespan. Please listen to your technician when they advise you to use certain products to prolong the life of your hair extensions. It is important to avoid certain shampoos, products containing anti dandruff and medicated shampoos. Always apply conditioners from mid length to ends only, do not apply to the bonds.

Glamour Beauty recommends not colouring the extensions as they are unpredictable in their reaction and any colours will damage and shorten the lifespan of the hair. If damage is caused to the extensions from colouring Glamour Beauty takes NO responsibility. If you have issues with colouring we take no responsibility. When ordering extensions the hair colour, length and weight choice is Final, you will be responsible for the final choice of extensions.

You should not book for extensions if you have any known allergies that could be worsened through the application of extensions, Micro Beads are made from aluminium, Euro tubes are copper and Tape is a medical grade tape.

Deposit Terms and Conditions

A $100 Non Refundable Deposit is taken prior to application date to secure your booking and the technician’s time, they will have booked out a time for you. This also goes towards the cost to pre order your requested hair and any preparation of the hair that may be needed and the hair technician’s time to do this for you. Once application has taken place and you have advised the technician you are happy with the service and finished result on the application day the hair is then not returnable or refundable; this is due to hygiene reasons and this applies to all applications and used hair without any exceptions. Any further services, time, products or applications from your technician of Glamour Beauty will be chargeable. Any no shows or less than 24 hours’ notice given for appointment changes will result in your deposit being taken, non-refundable and non-transferable. Hair must be installed within 21 days of hair becoming available unless otherwise discussed.

Our Returns Policy

We do not take any responsibility for the extensions after they have been installed or supplied due to hygiene reasons. You are responsible for the care of your extensions and for using the recommended products and aftercare advised given to you by Glamour Beauty and to read and inform yourself of our terms and conditions. There are no returns unless the product has reached you in a damaged condition that is deemed to be the fault of Hair Manufacturer. Reasons like colour choice, “just don't like them” and damage from colouring are not valid return reasons. By signing your hair order you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
